Site with residential potential, Nottinghamshire

Client summary:
“Fantastic service! Our small site with development potential became complex very quickly and thought we had exhausted all options. We then found Finch Urban Design who reviewed the site and work done to date. They re-assessed the site constraints and opportunities, provided loosely hand-sketched design principles. This enabled positive conversations with the local planning authority and successfully moved the project forwards. Fresh layout ideas were drafted, which worked and all stakeholders pleased with! An architect was brought on board to fine tune the details and planning permission was granted shortly after.“
